Beef shawarma, chicken shawarma, chicken kabob, filet mignon, all baked in brick ovens and served on a bed of rice and sided by a salad, hummus, pickles, turnips, garlic, and a 10 fresh loaf of pita bread.
Our other specialties are tabbouli, baba ghannouj, soujouk, zaatar, cheese, and Sfeeha flat breads.
Other baked goods are available such as spinach stuffed fatayer, cheese pies, beef pies, sanbousik, and pizzas

History

Established in 2013.
Authentic Lebanese food all made In-house and baked to order.
Cheese and spices imported directly from lebanon to preserve a taste of the old country.
Opened in November 2013 by Antoine and Sohir Dahdah, and has been an addition to the inland empire multicultural restaurants.

Hello, My name is Anthony Abdo and I am the owner of Sultan Bakery. I am continuing a dream that I share brought about by the previous owner to bring the wonderful food and culture of Lebanon to the Inland Empire. I love introducing new people to the healthy food my mother and I have been making for many years now. We will always be here ready to serve you!

  Hands down one of the best finds in the area. Excellent Lebanese food. Good clean flavors, resonable prices. The owner (Tony) is a great guy and has always been very kind to our family (5 hungry kiddos!) and is always willing to talk about the history and tradition behind the food.

  Highly recommended. If you try it once you will be back again. Everything I tried so far was very good. The food is fresh and the portions large. If you like garlic you will love the garlic spread with hot flat bread, awesome.

  AMAZING family owned lebanese place. Best pita and hummus ever. Favorite menu item is the chicken wrap! Also prices are super reasonable!
